		<description>Yep, I did this too.  Another thing I did was to take notes when I read the textbooks (brief outline) so that when I go back and study, it is easy for me to recall what I need to review.</description>

		<description>In all of my years - this has been my practice, and it carries through right to my job.  In my humble opinion, this is a key differentiator between successful collaboration and direction (expressed as learning in the classroom; or successful initiatives in work), and failure. 		<description>How do you keep your notes? In looseleaf that you can easily re-inert back into a binder? I&#039;m using a Moleskine cahier, as I don&#039;t like to carry a big binder with me, but revising my notes doesn&#039;t go easily in that sort of bound book format.</description>
