I was generally a healthy person in high school, but my first year of college was awful. I got really sick twice and had numerous colds. I can attest to the vitamin C tablets though. One of my friends (who we called the walking plague) was always sick, so I got into the habit of eating vitamin C tablets whenever I felt like I was getting sick. Usually they killed whatever bug I was coming down with. You just have to drink a lot of water with them otherwise you'll get headaches. This couldn’t be more true.
